All Tom Taylor items are custom handmade to order when you make a purchase. Here’s what to expect:
Custom Pieces
After your order is placed, the details are sent to the artist who will begin handcrafting your piece. The artist provides us with an estimated completion time and shipping date, which we’ll share with you via email. Once your order is on the way, we’ll send tracking details so you can follow your shipment.
In-Shop Items
Items available in our Santa Fe store are ready to ship, and typically leave our shop the same day your order is received.
Shipping Options
Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders. International Shipping is available worldwide, duties and customs may apply.

All Tom Taylor items are chosen for their beauty, craftsmanship, and durability. We will exchange/replace or repair any purchase that does not meet this standard. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in new condition within 30 days and we will happily exchange, process a full refund, or issue store credit.

Tom Taylor collects customer information in order to improve customer service, and to offer personalized outreach. We respect your right to privacy. Your personally identifiable information (name, address, email, phone) is collected through standard business proceedings (orders, customer interaction) and marketing outreach (promotions, newsletter signup). We never share your personally identifiable information with anyone.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any purpose beyond filling your order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.
Payment for website orders is made through our secure shopping cart. We accept all major credit cards. If you prefer, you may place your order by phone by calling us at 1-800-303-9733. For your security, we do not keep any credit card information.
Tom Taylor understands that you want the best quality products at the best possible price. We work very hard with our vendors and artists to provide exceptional wearable art at a fair price. Tom Taylor rarely offers discounts, except for our annual online events. We would never mark up to mark down. When you make a purchase from Tom Taylor, you can be assured that you are getting our best price.
To participate in our annual online events you must subscribe to our email list. Our newsletter will also keep you up-to-date with other promotions, including new product releases from our artists, opportunities to purchase one-of-a-kind items prior to being offered on our website, trunk shows, artist receptions, and private parties.
