●      Free shipping: We offer free standard shipping on any order, anywhere in the United States, with no minimum purchase or exceptions. We also offer shipping worldwide. Duties and customs may apply. Unfortunately we cannot ship internationally any exotic skin belts or bags, or items with coral or shell.

●      Timeline: We make every effort to ship your order the day it's received. If your size is in-stock when your order is received, it will ship immediately. If not, we will deliver your order to our belt artist to begin work, and send an email with an estimated delivery time for your custom, handcrafted belt. If you have a specific deadline, or need a gift by a specific date, please contact us and we will do everything within our power to get your items to you in time.

 Returns and exchanges

●      Policy: We will replace or repair any purchase that does not meet our standards for beauty, craftsmanship, and durability. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us in new condition within 30 days of delivery, and we will happily process a full refund or store credit.
